ABSTRACT
Eigenvalues serve a lot of purposes in problems in physics
and elsewhere. This in this project work, our aim is to give a concise
explanation of te eigenvalue problem and their applications. We will begin by
defining the problem and how the problem originates, then we shall review
different method used for evaluating it. Since eigenvalues are the main
importance of the problems, we shall discuss different methods used in the
deteiiiiination of them. Finally we will of use appropriate examples of a
dynamic real life problem to illustrate some of the already formulated methods.
