ABSTRACT

of a Queuing System for Enhanced Service Efficiency Queuing systems are ubiquitous in our daily lives, from waiting in line at a supermarket to accessing online services. Understanding and optimizing these systems is crucial for enhancing service efficiency and customer satisfaction. This seminar explores the power of simulation as a tool for analyzing and improving queuing system perfonnance. Specifically, we will focus on a case study involving [Choose a relevant scenario, e.g., Transportation system, hospital emergency room, or bank teller system]. Furthennore, we will explore strategies for optimizing queuing systems based on simulation results. This includes techniques for resource allocation, scheduling, and queue management. We will also discuss the benefits and limitations of simulation modeling in the context of queuing system analysis. This seminar aims to provide attendees with a practical understanding of how simulation can be used to analyze and improve queuing system perfonnance. Participants will gain insights into the key concepts of queuing theory and learn how to apply simulation techniques to real-world problems.
