ABSTRACT

The rising demand for personalized fitness solutions has led to the development of an innovative mobile application that leverages artificial intelligence (Al) to create tailored workout plans and track user progress. Many individuals face challenges such as lack of motivation, ineffective workout routines, and difficulty in maintaining consistency. Existing fitness applications often provide generic plans that fail to adapt to user needs, resulting in reduced engagement and limited long-term benefits. To address these issues, this project introduces a smart fitness application designed to deliver adaptive workout regimens based on individual fitness levels, preferences, and goals.The primary objective ofthe system is to enhance user motivation, improve workout efficiency, and simplify progress tracking. Specifically, the app aims to (i) assess personal fitness data, (ii) generate customized Al-driven workout plans, (iii) provide real-time feedback, and (iv) visualize progress through interactive dashboards.The methodology adopted includes requirements gathering, system analysis, and iterative design using the Agile development model. The Al algorithm evaluates user input such as weight, age, gender, activity level, and fitness goals to generate dynamic workout schedules that evolve as the user progresses. The system was implemented using JavaScript, PHP, and Python for Al logic integration, while MySQL was employed as the relational database to store user data securely. A user-friendly interface was designed to enhance accessibility and ease ofinteraction.User testing and evaluation demonstrated improved engagement and satisfaction, with participants reporting higher motivation and consistency in workouts compared to traditional non-adaptive fitness applications. The results validate the effectiveness of Al-driven personalization in fostering healthier lifestyle choices.This project contributes to the advancement offitness technology by integrating artificial intelligence with mobile application development. Future enhancements may include communitydriven social features, gamification, and wearable device integration to provide holistic, data-driven health and wellness support.
