The researcher concluded that since wage administration is an aspect of industrial relations, it should be one area of interaction between workers and government or employees and management. The researcher therefore, recommended that management should always pay attention to the salary of their employees in relation to their exposure to work hazards, work experience and academic qualification so that their take-home pay can provide at least their basic needs during crisis on the job.
