ABSTRACT

 This research project focused on the impact of government regulatory policies on the performanc~ of business organization. The problems identified were taxation, interest rate, legal demand, price central, qualzry control, monetary policies. In the study, the populations of the study were 200. The researcher used simple random sampling and the sample .<:ize was determined using faro Yamane formula. The method of data cnllectinn used was primary and secondary data. The primary was collected through questionnaire, interviews ad ob.,;;ervation. The secondary data was collected from text hooks, journal, news papers, internet and library. In presentation and analysis of data generated. The tools used the hypothesis formulated. The findings reveal that government regulatory policies do not have much effect on business operations. For the purpose of this paper, the population of study was chosen to be 400 which comprise Managers, Senior and junior staff of Nigerian breweries PLC Aba. The sample size (n) for the number of questionnaire that will he distributed in the enterprise will be determined using the Taro- Yamani formulae to determine samples. The data used in this study was obtained from both primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained direct form field study using questionnaire. The method of data analysis adopted for this research work comprises of the descriptive, graphical representations and inferential statistics. The descriptive is made up of the simple percentages and frequencies which will be used to analyze the demographic status of the respondents while the inferential statistics will include the correlation for texting the hypothesis. On the findings, the researchers, therefore recommended that government should decrease tax puid by the public, so that their disposable. income will be increase. If, this is adequately done. the aggregate demand will again coincide with the aggregate supply at full employment income level
