ABSTRACT
The study was carried Out to examine
the impact of product quality in enhancing delivery on customer equity in
consumer market. Specifically, the study set to determine the effect of product
quality on retaining and maintaining a consumer brand loyalty, examine the
effect of product quality on the product; after suggestions as to profitability
due to product quality; and how product quality can help to stimulate sales
turn over. In the research prices, a sample size of 120 was adopted from a
study population of 172. The study made use of primary data which data were
analyzed using simple percentages; while the study hypotheses were tested using
chi-square. After the study, the researcher concluded that product quality has
positive impact in enhancing delivery on customer equity in consumer market.
Thus, product quality should be one of the strategic decision area to be
handled in a way to initial sales from the consumers.
