ABSTRACT
This research work studied The
Effect of Selected Promotional Mix Element in Services Delivery OF Fast Food
Industries In ABIa State. The study basically used Umuahia metropolis which has
three local governments. Umuahia North, Umuahia South and Ikwuano. The samples
sizes of 30 fast food industries were selected from each local government
having ten (10) fast food. The study showed that the industry is dominated by
female with relatively young age within the average of 45 years. Most of the
operators are literate as they acquire one form of education or the other. The
operators of this fast food industries are experience with the average (mean)
being 8years. Fast food industries in the study area proved to be profitable as
most variables such as cost of personal selling, cost of advertising, cost of sale
promotion, experience and education affects promotional mix. The study also
showed that promotional mix element has significance relationship with
competitive age.
