ABSTRACT
The study examined the effects of
promotional strategy on corporate sales performance of new product in beverage
industries. The study was guided with the following objectives to examine the
extent to which advertising effect corporate sales performance of new product.
to examine the extent to which personal selling affect the corporate sales
performance of new product, to measure the extent to which sales promotion
affects the corporate sales performance, to measure the extent to which public
relation affects corporate sale performance. However, the data will be
collected through the use of questionnaire from 240 respondent and the Pearson
product correlation was used to test the hypothesis, it showed that most
companies use promotion and public relation in line with findings. Furthermore,
companies should ensure formulation of strategic promotional advertising policies
to improve sales, formulation of strategic promotional policies and also ensure
quality of goods and services. The result of the analysis showed that
promotional strategies have significant on corporate sales performance of new
products in beverage industry.
