Effect Of Product Innovation On The Performance Of Selected Small Scale Enterprise In Aba, Abia State.
ABSTRACT
This work which is on the product innovation on the performance of a selected small scale enterprise was carried out with the aid of questionnaires which were distributed to the respondents. A qualitative measure was used in data collections, due to the challenges faced in the collection of quantitative data. Different analytical tools were employed in producing the final results, which amongst others are, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and a multiple regression analysis was also used. After the results were produced, some vital recommendations were made. Amongst others are: firms should make a periodic restructuring of the internal body of the firm, both on its employees and on its services. Technology should not be omitted, that it boosts firm quality and services.
