ABSTRACT
The three
phase were horizontal pipe was drawn with precise dimensions of the apparatus
and strict gas into the system met which are as follows: gas inlet 12mm which
increases the pressure of the due to its small size while water and oil inlet
are 31 mm which was done putting so much consideration into place with respect
to density and velocity inflow of the fluid, the the experimental area was 50mm
and the total length is 265.59 which all represents the geometry of skewness
test. The experimental setup was done putting the mesh pattern into optimal
consideration with of 0.09 and the boundary conditions too will be accurate
before running the; analysis. and At the end of the analysis, we had the
virtual distribution of the multiphase flow across the pipe it will be
represented in different forms such as static pressure (mixture). velocity
distribution of the individual fluids across the pipe. Graphs will be plotted
at different points with respect to the velocity and pressure drop across the
length of pipe and change in velocity for the different fluids: gas, kerosene
and oil which will the reaction of the fluids at different points. This mode of
analysis can be applied in the oil and gas processing industry to enable the
organization to save cost and get accurate result before investing into
manufacture of the tools or parts.
