ABSTRACT
This work concentrated on the construction of control chart
for assessment and control of quality characteristics of the IFA Truck Soap. Which
may be relevant in designing measures aimed at improving the LEA Truck Soap
Product. The Process control was done with the statistical quality control
technique. It was observed that both the process variability and the process
men of the four quality characteristics of the LEA Truck Soap used in this
analysis are slightly unstable. For a more stable quality, revised control
limits were constructed for both the process variability and process mean by
dropping the points that fall outside the warning and action limits. it is
recommended that the company use the proposed control limits obtained in this
study for a more improved quality of LEA Truck Soap products.
