ABSTRACT

Crime is a part of human activities that really needs to be managed. No human society has been totally free of deviants and it's very unlikely that society will never be. The more populated a society becomes the wider the range of anti-social conducts that must be controlled by the government through the armed forces and other security agencies especially the police force. This study is a research geared towards correcting the factors affecting the crime reporting, investigation and correction role of the Nigeria police, to develop an online crime reporting which is easily accessible to the public, the police department and the administrative department, the system register the complaints from people through online, person can give complaint at any time. In view of the scope, an online crime reporting application will be implemented, the system is created and design using Waterfall model methodology, for design HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and PI-IP was used.
