ABSTRACT

 This paper presents the design and implementation of a Computer Based Result Management Information System (CBRMIS) aimed at automating and optimizing the management of student academic records in educational institution. The introduction highlights the necessity of effective data management system in organizations, emphasizing such system facilitate the evaluation of operational efficiency, al financial performance and goal attainment across various departments. The paper discusses the critical components of CBRMIS, including result entry, computation, analysis and reporting, which collectively streamline the traditionally labor-intensive process of managing student results. The benefits of implementing a CBRMIS are through examined, showcasing its ability to enhance data accuracy and security, thereby mitigating the risk of errors and inconsistencies that can adversely affect a school’s reputation. The system’s centralized database, fortified with security features such as encryption and role based access control, ensures that sensitive student information remains protected. The paper explores how the CBRMIS improve analysis and decision making by providing detailed insight into student performance, enabling educators to identify trends and adapts into student methods accordingly. This adaptability not only enhance the quality ofeducation but also supports the social and emotional development ofstudents by tracking their progress in various competencies.
