Development Of A Software For Generating Operational Parameters For Different Capacities And Throuhput Of Bambara Nut Processing Machine:- Ezekiel, Chika M
ABSTRACT
Software for generating optimal operational parameters for different
capacities and throughput of bambara nut processing machine was developed. This
study saw to the development of a software termed BETA NUT software. This
software is multifaceted
with capabilities in tracking all activities in the processing stage,
monitoring machine health, and optimizing throughput processes. The development
of the software was based on a well-defined methodology. The software tool was
validated using real-world data and it provides a user-friendly interface for
machine operators to easily input their machine specifications and receive
optimal operational parameter recommendations. BETA NUT software has
revolutionized Bambara groundnut processing. By providing real-time insights,
empowering proactive maintenance, and enabling data-driven process
optimization, the Beta nut software has not only enhanced productivity but also
ensured sustainable and efficient processing operations. This transformative
technology stands as a testament to the power of innovation in modern
agriculture, setting a new standard for precision processing and operational
excellence and thus should be adopted by all manufacturers of post-harvest
equipment’s. The cost of the software development is two hundred thousand naira
only.
