ABSTRACT

This research work was made to examine time series analysis of Nigeria crude oil production. And the data analyzed were on monthly basis for ten (10) years. Ultimate objective of the study is to construct a time series model which could be used to predict a reliable and dependable future analysis. The Box-Jakins model building procedure was adopted to obtain the parameter of the identified model. The model estimate or the analysis was done using • Minitab software. The results of the analysis showed that it is nonseasonal data and have a slight upward trend movement. The model fit was ARMA it is adequate and appropriate model, for •Nigeria crude oil production.
