ABSTRACT
The project work took a look at Sylow's Theorem and Applications. Chapter one took a look at the basic definitions, preliminary results and lemmas without proof. Chapter two took a critical look at the three Sylow's Theorems and their proofs. Chapter three puts the Sylow's Theorems to use. Here Sylow's Theorems were applied to groups of certain order and permutation groups. Chapter four is the Summary, Conclusion and References.
