ABSTRACT
Problems related to fuel consumption efficiency are likely to occur in automobiles. A system using python socket data transmission to monitor fuel consumption is proposed to solve the problem. The system will have four features, including driving behavior analysis, monitoring, notification, and location and route to the gas station. This system consists of three subsystems: connector, server, and user interface. The data can be assessed by users through a mobile application and processed on server for analysis. The test results show python socket data transmission system can be successfully built and implemented to monitor fuel consumption efficiency for the automobiles.
