ABSTRACT

This project focuses on creating a Multimedia Electronic Notice Board that improves information accessibility for people with visual impairments by increasing font sizes and arranging content clearly. The system ensures that text is displayed in bold, large fonts for easy readability while also providing an organized layout so that notices are not cluttered. In addition to visual enhancements, the notice board uses a text-to-speech feature to read the displayed information aloud, allowing visually impaired users to access the same content. The project demonstrates that simple adjustments in text presentation, combined with audio support, can greatly improve the effectiveness ofpublic notice boards in schools, offices, and public spaces. The Multimedia Electronic Notice Board for the Visually Impaired proves that inclusivity and accessibility can be achieved through innovative yet simple technology. It gives voice to silent announcements, ensuring that no one is left uninformed regardless oftheir visual ability
