Modeling The Relationship Between Age Of Birds And Optimum Egg Production Using Regression Analysis (A Case Study Of Dozie Cooperative Poultry Farm)

ABSTRACT
The aim of this research is to establish the age at which optimum egg production will be achieved using regression analysis. The data for this work was a secondary data collected from Doize cooperative farm; It was recorded on weekly base for 39 weeks. The result of the analysis showed that the optimum egg production of birds was achieved after 30 weeks, it was recommended that birds 60weeks and above should be replaced with younger birds to ensure optimum egg production.
