ABSTRACT The rapid advancement of loT technology has led to significant improvements in healthcare delivery. loT-enabled health monitoring systems provide continuous tracking of vital signs, allowing early detection of medical conditions and prompt intervention. The Internet of Things (loT) is revolutionizing healthcare by enabling real-time monitoring of patients' vital signs. The problem statement of this research focus on lack of equitable access to advanced healthcare, security measures to protect patient privacy, lack of data confidentiality, lack of patent protection for diagnostic tools, genes and biomarkers, unauthorized access to data, issues in addressing disparities. The project focuses on development of an loT-based health monitoring system that would be able to tracks patients' vital signs in real-time and alerts medical staff in case of anomalies. The objectives of this research are to develop a platform for an automated iot-based health monitoring system that tracks patients' vital signs in realtime and alerts medical staff in case of anomalies, build a database structure used to store data, create a module used to login and add patient information, design a platform that monitor patient anomalies, design a platform that track patient details, create a platform used to alerts medical staff, design a platform that show patient history and display total patient. The project was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet and journals. The research methodology used is spiral model. Software is designed using Html, PHP and java script and MYSQL for the database. The results showed that by integrating Al, cloud computing, and wearable technology, these systems improve patient outcomes, reduce hospital workload, and enhance healthcare accessibility.
