ABSTRACT

 This study focuses on the development of an expert system for fish business management. The Fish business is a complex industry that involves a variety of activities, such as fishing, processing, storage, distribution, and marketing. Fish business is highly relevant in many ways. From an economic standpoint, it is a significant contributor to the world's food industry, providing millions of jobs and livelihoods to people around the globe. The fish business is faced with problems such as fish preservation, limitation of expert knowledge, optimization of available resources etc. The Expert system developed will help solve some problems in the Fish (Business Sector which Includes providing users with information on fish disease, symptoms and cure, information on fish processing and preservation, the cost analysis ofrunning a fish cycle. This study covers the development of an Expert system for fish business management using Knowledge Engineering Model under Visual Studio Code Environment using JavaScript, HTML, CSS and PHP to create the web based Expert system.
