ABSTRACT
A marketing campaign is a strategic effort to promote a product, service, or brand through various channels such as social media, email, television, and search engines. Marketing campaigns play a crucial role in the success of any business by attracting new customers, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. The problem statement ofthis research focus on misinterpretation of data can lead to incorrect optimizing and potentially harmful consequences, inadequate training could hinder the adoption and utilization ofthe system, data breach and unauthorized access, lack of privacy and security, ineffective ways of managing inventory, lack of readily available support can hinder the successful implementation ofthe system,-’unauthorized access could compromise the integrity and confidentiality of data. The project focuses on the development ofthe optimizing marketing campaigns. The objectives of this research are to develop a platform for an automated optimizing marketing campaigns, create a module that login and open admin page, build a database structure that we used to store data, design a platform used to register employee and customer, create a system that would be able to report security issues, design a platform used to display employee and customer details and integrate automated system that would have provision to display transaction detail. The project was realized through the adoption ofprimary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet andjournals. The application was realized through the adoption ofwaterfall model. In this work, the system was design and implemented using Html, PHP and java script. Database was designed using MySQL. The results showed that the system addresses the challenges by optimizing ensures that business.es maximize their marketing efforts through effective planning and execution.
