Courting is one of the foundations on which the economy of man is based. For whatever man does counting must come into play. The statistician will count or take the census of a population. The economist will count the cost as in policy making. Local traders, men and women, will count their goods to know how much each costa. Infact everything that has to do with the existence of life has to be directly connected to counting. "Counting is the adequate, accurate, and orderly sequencing of events" (Arnold Robrt et al 1966) with this definition accurate, data of events can be obtained. However, this orderliness can be disrupted which will always lead to misinformation, misappropriation of materials and swindle. Description in counting can be achieved in various ways; this might be by omission or commission outright manipulation of instrument by operators. This may be to enrich someone or for selfish purposes.
