ABSTRACT
The judicial arm of government is the third organ of government besides the legislature and the executive, the major functions of this arm includes setting of cases, pushing the guilty people and also interpreting the constitution of the land as well as administration of justice. I was motivated to embark on this research because delays can reduce the quality and reliability of evidence, public sector and justice sector lack integrity, denied justice warrants, Prevalent (manual) system of court scheduling which is inaccurate, inefficient and time consuming. The system was achieved by developing a platform for real time automated daily court scheduling system, build a database structure used to store data of accused and defendant, create a module for registration of court cases, design a platform that record search for court cases, design a platform that capture case judging system, create a platform that view registered court cases, create a platform that view registered version of court cases. This research was realized through the adoption of primary and secondary sources of data collection which includes interview, observation, questionnaire, the internet and journals and the adoption of spiral model. The system is implemented by using VisualBasic.Net and Microsoft Access as the database.
