ABSTRACT

 The computerized modify pay-slip for online cash payment was undertaken to solve the various challenges encounter in showcasing and delivering goods and services to different client around the globe. Where every business transaction involves for transaction to be successfully executed most shops are experienced some draw back in their operation due to the current manual shopping and cash payment system. There is a need to change from manual way of shopping to a computerized way, where customers can browse through the internet and the system administrator to approve requests shoppers can buy products anywhere and have a database that will maintain the products detail information. The problem statement focus on the problem of security which may impede the growth of the online cash payment transaction system, the inadequate security in online cash payment transaction system without unnecessary or excess expenditure on hardware, the problem of security in the online payment transaction cash system for effective software design, lack of accuracy in customer’s record, slow in processing customer’s records, lack of proper accountability, lack of customer incredible convenience to shop at any time ofthe day due to the limited working hours. The objective of this research was achieved by developing a platform for a computerized modify pay-slip for online cash payment, create a platform that add and remove staffto the system, build a database structure used to store data ofthe users, design a platform that ensures that modify cash payment platform, design a platform that provides pay slip, design a platform that generate general pay slip for the users. This research was realized through the adoption of interview, observation, internet sources of data collection and the adoption of waterfall model. The system is implemented by using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net and created with Microsoft Access as the database.
