ABSTRACT
The comparative study of biology of decay of different animal tissues (using cow) placed under two different environmental conditions was carried out in Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Campus Umudike. The study lasted for six weeks and the changes encountered were identified and distinguished based on daily observation. The changes include colour variation, odour, texture variation and weight variation. Corpse fauna were also observed and these variations were according to the different tissues either in the open air or under a shed.
