ABSTRACT
In this study, three organisms the surfaces of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado pears, carrots, mangoes and garden eggs growth conditions including incubation periods, different nutrient media. pH and NaCI concentrations. The aqueous and ethanolic leaf extracts of three local spices: Ocimuin gralissimum, Piper guiniensis and Gongronema latifolium were used to as the antibiofilm activities in the study of control of biofilm formation by the organisms. The result showed that TSBg on E. coli (0.02810 ± 0.0364a) had the highest biofilm production. In acidic and alkaline medium, organisms isolated from selected fruits and aqueous extracts of these local herbs showed fresh xii results obtained showed that increase in incubation time led to a significant increase in biofilm formation (0.0183 ± 0.02081’) in the three test organisms.
