ABSTRACT

There is no doubt that the stock market has played a tremendous role in the development of present day industrialized economy. As a channel to mobilize long term capital, the market has been instrumental in the execution of capital-intensive projects with quite long gestation period and short periods too. There is need therefore to demystify the stock market and make it accessible to the generality of our folks challenging both the regulators and operators of the market by providing a solution to the inefficacy of the Nigeria stock exchange market control system though the CSCS (central security clearing system) by developing a better transaction system of operation implemented in a software which will be offering a simultaneous monitoring of transaction going on in the Nigerian stock exchange (NSE) trading floor, the individual investors CSCS (Central securities clearing system) account. The individual investor will also be able to make buy and sell orders (with a security request code) to their stock brokers with effective communication and instruction interface.
