ABSTRACT

The incidence of food-bone illness is increasing worldwide. This may in part be attributed to a change in commercial food production such a mineral processing as well as  Consumer demands for ready-tomcat meals (Kaneko et. al; 1996). The microbiology of ready-to cat foods during preparation in factories, in domestic kitchens, in canteens and so on sited corners by street vendors has been previously investigated (Aycicek, Sarimehmetoglu, and (Thkiroglu, 2004; Bas, Ersun, and Kivanc, 2006; Beumer and Kusumaningrum, 2003; Cogan, Syndic, Bloom faced, and 2002; Von Holy and Mebane, 2006). Even though Staphylococcal food poison occurs worldwide, it is seldom reported because of the relatively mild symptoms. Most Staphylococcal food poisoning outbreaks involves small number of individuals such as family groups, although a few larger outbreaks have occurred, such as one affecting 1300 people attending a picnic in Indiana.
