ABSTRACT

 The main aim of this report is to develop a Human Resource Management System for the Internet Automation of HR department in Rockson Engineering Limited. Rockson is one of the premium offshore companies in providing quality construction and power services. It has an Intranet through which all the employees in the company will be knit together. It has different modules such as hiring the employee, paying the employee, Training for the employee, project management system provides the information regarding the employees in the company. our Human Resource Management System provides the information regarding the employees in the company and to facilitate good interaction/ communication facilities between the employees and HR Administration. The web pages about an employee are created dynamically based on the user id and password and links are provided to web pages containing information about Employee General Detail, Contact Details, Skill Details, Education Details, Certification Details and project Details. An Information Hierarchy is maintained i.e. the information regarding a particular employee is accessed by the same or any person above him in the information hierarchy
