It is
with a high sense of humility that I stand before you this morning, grateful to
the Almighty God for His gracious assistance, enablement, guidance and
protection since my assumption of office four years ago as Vice-Chancellor of
this University and immensely appreciative of the unqualified support and
commitment I have received from both staff and students of this great
institution. As our challenge to build a
world class institution is on-going, so shall be our collective resolve to be
leave our mark in the domain of institution building and development.
