ABSTRACT
For the production of the palm kernel
oil for both domestic and industrial yield, increase in the efficiency of the
output of the extraction process is taken into consideration. For the
evaluation of the palm kernel oil extraction efficiency, the palm kernel nuts
where dried and fried at different feeds rates. Considering the extraction
efficiency, extraction time, oil yield and the oil extraction rate with average
values of (90%) for fried, (1.95kg/mm), at 1.328.
