Validation Of A Project Work On My Cultural Heritage For Effective Teaching In Jss II Social Studies:- Agbaegbu, C.N

Abstract

This paper sought to develop and validate a project work on my cultural heritage for use by social studies teachers in articulating and assessing pupils learning outcome in the subject. The JSS II students in Sec. Schools in Nsukka urban were used for the exercise. The project work lasted for an average of three weeks and t he instruction had high reliability and validity indices. The outcome of the study showed that the students had reasonable interest in the work. Based on the findings ofthe study, some implications and recommendations were highlighted.
