ABSTRACT

Bambara groundnut as a legume contain a some level of antinutritional factors which can be harmful and toxic to the body. Through processing, these toxins are reduced and make the food ready for consumption which means that there is the need for processing of foods. Therefore, this research work tries to investigate if there is any effect on the - nutritiona' va'ue of Bambara groundnut during these processing
