ABSTRACT
he work focuses on the application of Total Quality Management in Hotel Royal Damgrete. The sample unit used are staff of 1-lote! Royal Damgrete. Questionnaires were distributed to the staff with a sample size of 40 and personal interview was conducted on 10 guests. Frequency and simple percentage were used for the analyses of the data collected through the use of questionnaire. The result of the analyses showed that the hotel employs Total Quality Management in all organizational processes; staff are exposed to training and development which help in improving their skills and a set standard of performance is met to ensure that quality product and services rendered to guests are of good quality. Recommendations verge made on the way forward in the hotel, certain limitations encountered by the researcher were stated and areas for further research were suggested by the researcher.
