Public Library Services Provided By The Enugu State Library Board From 2007 TO 2010: A Statistical Report: Ogbonna, I.M

ABSTRACT

The aim of this paper is to present a statistical data, obtained through observation, describing in detail the services provided by the Enugu State Library Board from 2007 to 2010. The paper aims to highlight in a practical manner, the various statistics of Library Services maintained by the Enugu State Library Board as compiled daily in the Library. The paper, using the library statistics, provided a basis for comparative analysis of the major services provided by the Library between the years under review. From the inferences drawn on the statistical data, the paper highlighted the areas of strengths and weaknesses in the services provided by the Library Board. From the Statistical data also, the paper highlighted that the services provided by the Library Board have been fluctuating over the years.
