ABSTRACT
Communication is the expression or exchange of information by speech, writing, gestures, conduct or electronic medium (ICT tools). It is a process of passing information, ideas, facts, or opinions between two or more parties (Amudavalli, 2017)- It is the process by which an idea is brought to another person’s perception. It is a complex and dynamic process that allows organisms to exchange information by several conventional and non-conventional methods. A communication takes place when one person (a sender), displays, transmits or otherwise directs a set of symbols to another individual (a receiver) with the aim ofchanging something, either something the receiver is doing (or not doing) or changing his/her world view. This set of symbols is typically defined as a message. Effective communication occurs only ifthe receiver understands the exact idea or information intended to be transmitted by the sender. The art of communication involves listening and speaking as well as reading and writing.
