ABSTRACT The study observed from the result that the R-square (adjusted) value was 0.759440 (75%). this indicates that all the independent variables jointly explain about 75% of the variation in economic growth. The F-statistics probability value of 0.0000 shows that the regression model is generally significant and well specified. The Durbin Watson 0.556350 which is less than 2 shows the presence ol auto-colinearity and hence HAC NEW WEST method was used to correct the autocorrelation problem. The analysis result also showed that agricultural expenditure has a coefficient value of 0.003163. The coefficient value indicates that health expenditure has a positive influence on economic growth. This indicates that //1.00 increase in agricultural expenditure will result to an increase of #0.0031 in economic growth. The education expenditure has a coefficient value of 0.001519. The coefficient value indicates that education expenditure has a positive influence on economic growth. This indicates that #1.00 increase in education expenditure will result to an increase of #0.0015 in economic growth.
