ABSTRACT
This study involves simulation and analysis of an integrated fruit nut processing machine for multipurpose application of similar products like groundnuts and soybeans with similar processing routes and possibly eliminate struggle in processing the fruit nuts manually hindering full potential the seed both economically and nutritional terms. Performance test carried out on the previously fabricated breadfruit nut processing machine indicates the optimal roasting time, efficiency, and dehulling efficiency of 40 minutes, 85%, and 88% each, as throughput capacity, and Machine efficiency of 4.0kg/hr, 95%. This machine eliminates breadfruit nut breakage and improves the quality of roasted breadfruit nuts with benefit-cost ratio of 1.51 and an electric power consumption of 3.3 kJ/kg
