For a business enterprise, all the relevant financial information, presented in a structured manner and in a form easy to understand are called the financial statements. The basis for financial planning. analysis and decision-making is the financial information. Financial information is needed to predict. compare and evaluate the firms earning ability. It is required to aid in economic decision making investment and financial decision making. Corporate performance management is the area of business intelligence involved with monitoring and managing an organizations performance, according to key performance indicators (KPls) such as revenue, return on investment operational cost, etc. In order for a company to be effective in its corporate performance, the financial statement is evaluated mainly using the ratio analysis. Performance indicators are picked out of this analysis and used to know how the company is performing. These indicators tend to show the financial performance of the company. The al-c able to know if they are growing or not and tend to make improvement where necessary.
