Effective Human Resource Management, A Panacea For The Accomplishment Of Organizational Goals. (A Study Of Nigeria Bottling Company Plc Owerri)

ABSTRACT

 This work sought to examine effective human resource management, as a panacea for the accomplishment of organizational goals in Nigeria bottling company !'le. Owerri. In a hid to generate the relevant data, a well-structured questionnaire was drafted by the researcher and distributed to staff of the organization. Data generated were analyzed using frequencies, percentages and chi square. The researcher made the following findings; Training and development positively affect Organizational performance. Ef ective recruitment and selection significantly boost human resources management of organizations, based on the findings made above the researcher made the following recommendations. Adequate training and development guidelines formulated and consented to by management and employees should be followed by top management directed to improving the working conditions of its employees. Since such strategy will increase the performance of business organizations; strict adherence to established recruitment and selection guidelines should he followed. since it contributes significantly in boosting human resources management of organizations
