Abstract

The study was a research on the effect ofpersonnelperformance on multinational firms (a study of Cadbury Nig. Pic, Aba. The objectives of the study were to analyze the effect ofmotivation on organizational performance, to ascertain the effect ofleadership on organizational performance and to determine the effect of organizational structure on organization performance. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect theprimary dataforthe study which were later analyzed using multiple regression after the study analyses the showed that motivation, organizational structure and leadership style are significantly contributing to workers altitude towards theirjob, that also payment increase motivatedworkers to like theirjob, also increase in overtime, education and staff remuneration contributed positively to organizational growth. However, the recommendations were that the workers in the company should always be motivated to enhance their productivity, remuneration and skills ofthe workers should be enhanced, also the educational level of the respondent should be upgraded to enhance skill level andproductivity andfinally, leadership and the organizational structure o fthe company should always be revisited so as to suit the organizational goals.
