Effect Of Financial Information On Shareholders Investment Decision Of Breweries Company In Nigeria: A Study Of Guinness Nigeria Plc.

ABSTRACT

This research project was designed to examine '.'effects of financial information on shareholders' investment decision" (A study of Guinness Nigeria Pie.). The secondary data was adopted. Upon presentation and analysis of data, hypotheses were tested using regression analysis. The research revealed the following; that financial information has a significant effect on dividend yield, earnings per share and dividend per share. The study also revealed that there is a very high relationship between financial information and the various dependent variables that is dividend yield, dividend per share and earnings per share.
