ABSTRACT
Drying of crops is of great economic importance in the world over, especially in Nigeria where most of the crops and grains harvest are lost to fungal and microbial attacks. Most crops and grains are harvested during the peak period of raining season and so preservation becomes more difficult and most of these grains and crops perish, these wastages could easily be prevented by proper drying which enhances storage of crops and grains over long periods of time (Ezekoye and Enebe, 2006)
