ABSTRACT
This work explains the method and approach for the design and construction of frequency modulated radio transmitter. The design target is to find a way of making the production cost as minimal as possible so that it can be affordable easily if commercialized. This thesis also explains the various stages whereby on electromagnetic wave can be made to travel or propagate from a transmitting antenna to a receiving antenna by modifying the amplitude, frequency or the relative phase of the wave form in response to some message signal (a process known as modulation, is possible to transfer or pass information from the transmitter to the receiver. This information usually takes the form of music, voice or data. A radio transmitter can therefore be described as a generator of radio frequency (electromagnetic waves) signal for wireless communication over some distances. Most application utilize signal which varies from very high frequency (VHF) to extremely high frequency (EHF). For this project a dynamic DVD player is used as the input device that provides the information signal as the input signal.
