Appraisal Of The Role Of Management Accountant In Cost Control And Performance In An Organization (A Case Study Of Innoson Nigeria Limited Enugu).

ABSTRACT

The study investigated the role of management accountant in cost control and

performance in an organization. The survey research design was used to collect

data from a sample of 109 respondents. In the analysis of the data collected,

simple regression was used to analyze the responses gathered. The study revealed

that management accountants are relevant in organizational cost control and

performance. We recommend that organizations should rely on management

accountant's information for effective cost control which ultimately improves

performance.
