ABSTRACT

 The purpose of this research work is basically investigating the marketing strategies of food manufacturing companies. Having in mind the sole profit, but yielding strategies, which increases their market share and their sales volume. It specifically looked into the reasons and objectives behind the adoption of these strategies. In the course of writing this research study the research hypotheses which were subjected to analytical and statistical testing based on the date collected from respondent. Furthermore, through the results of the analysis of the study, the researcher was able to draw meaningful conclusion and also proffer, useful recommendation such as: food manufacturing company should come up with simplified marketing strategies that is aside from these food manufacturing firms should be properly and well forecasted in such a way that it will stimulate demand for their products/goods and maintain stable impact on consumers. Finally, the researcher suggested for the research on the study so as to give it’s wide and generalized scope.
