 In a dynamic and complex world such as our, decision making is becoming more challenging and risk. Managers are far. from their resources which thy manage. Firms need to provide management with information necessary for the planning and control of business activities. Organization are tailing due to poor decisions. Lack of adequate information or inadequate information brings about wrong decisions which affect the organizations. Frauds, irregularities, misrepresentation and such other problems cannot be easily detected therefore it is necessary for organization decision makers must be able to provide a good accounting information system to help at arriving at solutions to such problems the aim of this study is to evaluate critically on the importance of accounting information system to decision making for organizational efficiency and profitability. This study reviewed the various and relevant kinds of decision and attempted to relate the decision process to specific information systems. Coefficient correlation analysis were being made use of in caring out the research. Primary data were used. Interviews and questionnaires designs were used in the primary data.
