the study was collected through the administration of 400 Copies of the
“Utilization of ICT for Instructional Delivery in Adult Education Programme
Questionnaire”. The study was guided by five objectives. Based on the five
objectives, five research questions were posed for the study and five null
hypotheses were also tested at 0.05 level of significance. The research
questions were answered using mean and standard deviations, while the Analysis
Of Variance (ANOVA) was used to test the 5 null hypotheses at 0.05 level of
significance. Findings of the study revealed that the ICT tools such as Printed
materials, Projection devices, and radio, were available to a high extent, as
the Printed materials to a high extent was utilised, while the Sound recording
and radio, Film and video, Social communication tools(like face book, you tube),Computer
