The Role Of Total Quality Management Goal Achievement Of An Organization (A Case Study Of Dumex Industries Limited Lagos)
ABSTRACT
The topic of this study is Total Quality Management in g091 achievement
of an Organization (A case study of Dumex Industries Limited Lagos)
The specific objectives of the work are to examine the level of
management involvement and commitment to total Quality
Management.
From the major findings it can be concluded that (based on personal
interview) the management of Dumex Industries Limited has adopted
the policy of aggressive training of all categories of staff to boast their
quality control and meet their objectives. The Techniques used in
collecting data for this study was through questionnaire administered on
the staff of Dumex Industries Limited Lagos. One recommendation
made is that the Organization should look critically into olher
promotional areas to boast their goal achievement.
In this wise, it would be better if the company allow fair digestion of total
Quality Management before a change is made.
